Dakota County has 36 attorneys, each representing 11,069 county residents, County Attorney Jim Backstrom said. A story on Page B1 in some editions Wednesday used outdated numbers.

CLARIFICATION

A secondary headline on Page B1 Thursday should have said that the Shakopee School District is asking voters to renew an existing tax levy. The district has structured its levy request so an approval would not result in a tax increase in 2010.
