Artspace in the city

  • Updated: December 25, 2013 - 9:26 PM

Vitko, 30, has lived at home and in a series of shared rentals while she worked at a restaurant to support her painting and ceramics. Recently, she was one of the first tenants to move into the 35-unit live-work Jackson Flats lofts in northeast Minneapolis. If Vitko, who has quit her day job, succeeds as a full-time artist, she can thank Artspace.
