Recovering from water main break

On the day after a huge water main break in downtown Minneapolis crews worked to restore water to affected businesses in the area. On Thursday the break flooded major streets and cut off water to a substantial swath of the city, sending workers home early, snarling traffic and disrupting nightlife.
