Dakota Day celebration

Families visited the History Center for the Dakota family day celebration. Speakers and artists from the Dakota community shared the traditions history. The free event featured Dakota artwork, flute music, drum and dance expo, cooking demo, games and a make-it take-it craft based on a Dakota buffalo hide decoration.
