The State Fair is all about jostling crowds, loud noises, strong smells, bold tastes. It’s a never-ending feast for the eyes as well. Yet amid all the attractions and distractions of the Great Minnesota Get-Together, fairgoers still find time to express their affection for others. Or at least cotton candy.
