The former Pillsbury Baptist College is still for sale. The school in Owatonna — which dates back to 1854 — in 2008 after enrollment plunged during the economic crisis.
CBRE Vice President Richard Palmiter is serving as broker on the 20-acre site located adjacent to Main Street West, between South Grove Avenue and Lincoln Avenue.
The price: $2.2 million -- down significantly from the original asking price of $6.9 million.
Zoned for single and two-family residential use, the site features several historic buildings.
