American captain Davis Love III and European captain Darren Clarke on Thursday afternoon announced the Friday morning foursome pairings to kick off the 41st Ryder Cup. An afternoon session will follow Friday afternoon. Two more sessions will be held Saturday before Sunday's singles matches, where all 24 Ryder Cup team members will play.
On the tee Friday morning will be:
7:35 a.m.: Justin Rose/Henrik Stenson vs. Jordan Spieth/Patrick Reed
7:50 a.m.: Rory McIlroy/Andy Sullivan vs. Phil Mickelson/Rickie Fowler
8:05 a.m.: Sergio Garcia/Martin Kaymer vs. Zach Johnson/Jimmy Walker
8:20 a.m.: Lee Westwood/Thomas Pieters vs. Dustin Johnson/Matt Kuchar
