Jeff Garlin, Larry David's partner in crime on "Curb Your Enthusiasm," plays TCM's guest programmer with a wide variety of selections, starting with the Frank Capra classic "Meet John Doe" (7 p.m.) followed by the adrenaline rush of "Bullitt" (9:15 p.m.) and the thriller "The Third Man." David will be furious that his buddy didn't select "Whatever Works." TCM

Pros and cons

The sixth and final season of "White Collar" picks up from last season's cliffhanger where con man Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) disappeared without his ankle bracelet. Expect some great challenges for Caffrey and Agent Peter Burke (Tim DeKay) as this series winds down. 8 p.m. USA
