Winter wonderland

It’s never too early to start celebrating Christmas. So says the Hallmark Channel, which will air holiday-themed programming around the clock through July 13, starting with the 2013 movie “The Christmas Spirit.” Feel free to engage in the marathon, but don’t even think about spending the weekend putting up your lights. 1 p.m. Friday, Hallmark

Patriotic duties

With the weather being so unpredictable, there’s always a chance you won’t be able to get outside and enjoy the local fireworks show. No worries. “A Capitol Fourth” has you covered as John Williams unveils a new arrangement of “The Star Spangled Banner” and Tom Bergeron plays host to Frankie Valli, Patti LaBelle, Michael McDonald and other celebrities who were more relevant around 1776. 8 p.m. Friday, TPT, Ch. 2

The bewitching hour

Channing Tatum isn’t the only member of his household looking sharp these days. Wife Jenna Dewan Tatum returns for a second season of “Witches of East End,” which, of course, has absolutely nothing in common with “Charmed.” This season, there’s an open portal to Asgard, where we hear there’s an excellent pizza parlor. 8 p.m. Sunday, Lifetime

She can’t stop

“Miley Cyrus: Bangerz Tour” shows highlights from the pop singer’s adventures in international hot spots, including Barcelona and Lisbon. Because this is network TV as opposed to racy cable, Cyrus, pictured, promises not to show anything more controversial than footage of her leaving the hotel bathroom without washing her hands. 8 p.m. Sunday, KARE, Ch. 11
