Don’t you forget about me

John Ford had John Wayne, Alfred Hitchcock had Jimmy Stewart and John Hughes had Molly Ringwald. Relive their best collaborations, starting with 1983’s “Sixteen Candles” and followed by 1985’s “The Breakfast Club.” Then give Molly a phone call. She’s been feeling neglected. 6 p.m. ABC Family

All-star squad

You don’t have to be a basketball fan to appreciate “Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night,” which will once again air in prime time before every NBA Finals game. Guests will include Cameron Diaz, Jason Segel, Mila Kunis, Tracy Morgan, Ice Cube and Martin Lawrence. 7 p.m. KSTP, Ch. 5

If Match.com isn’t doing the trick for you, maybe you need to say a little prayer. “It Takes a Church,” a new series hosted by Grammy nominee Natalie Grant, has Christian congregations across the country playing matchmakers for unattached parishioners. Interesting idea, but it would be even more inspirational if producers opened it up to houses of other faiths. 8 p.m. GSN
