Grand parade

MGM celebrates its 90th anniversary with a 48-hour salute that includes gems from its vast catalog — the family charmer “Lassie Come Home” (5:30 p.m.) and a Greta Garbo double feature, “Flesh and the Devil” (7 p.m.) and “Grand Hotel” (9 p.m.). TCM

Head of the class

There’s a strong chance that the season finale of “Community” will also be the last of the series. That’s sad news for those of us who admire the show’s anything-goes attitude and inventiveness. On the other hand, the sitcom has lasted five seasons, a remarkable stretch for a series with such low ratings. 7 p.m. KARE, Ch. 11

Baby, it’s cold outside

If you thought your winter was tough, meet the gang on the season premiere of “Life Below Zero.” The popular series spotlights six Alaskans living on the last frontier. Grizzly bears, moose hunts and feeding a team of sled dogs are all part of the bone-chilling fun. 8 p.m. National Geographic
