Returning vet

Now that Sylvester Stallone has successfully brought “Rocky” to Broadway, he may want to consider adding tunes to 1982’s “Rambo: First Blood,” one of his leanest and meanest movies. Can’t wait to hear John Rambo’s version of “I Shot the Sheriff.” 7 p.m. CMT

Soul sisters

One of the great things about cable TV is that it provides an opportunity to discover shows long after they’ve been canceled. Put “Girlfriends” in that column. Few sitcoms have done a better job of exploring what friendships between women are really like. 7 p.m. Centric

Swan song

There’s not much compelling reason to watch “Two and a Half Men” these days (actually, was there ever?), but it might be fun to see Ashton Kutcher make goo-goo eyes with guest star Mila Kunis, his real-life fiancée. The only thing that could make this better is if Demi Moore stops by to borrow a cup of sugar. 8 p.m., WCCO, Ch. 4
