Mary, Mary quite contrary

Mary Astor may have been too versatile for her own good. TCM's star of the month was so different in so many different kinds of movies that she never really developed an on-screen personality, almost a must in mid-20th-century film. Treasure her many faces every Wednesday this month, starting with 1936's "Dodsworth" (7 p.m.) and 1941's "The Great Lie" (9 p.m.), for which she received an Oscar.

Strike a pose

Naomi Campbell and friends are back for another round of "The Face," the reality-competition series that will earn the winner a spot in Elle magazine and an iced-coffee date with George Clooney. In the premiere episode, the 12 contestants must immediately strut the catwalk in lingerie. Classy. 9 p.m. Oxygen

House calls

In the seventh-season premiere of "Flipping Out," designer Jeff Lewis must figure out how to please a new client, "CSI" actor George Eads, who is doing a major remodeling of his Hollywood Hills home. Did someone just get a raise, George? 9 p.m. Bravo
