Hey, lady!

“Sherlock” has ended its short, delicious run, but taking its place is a mystery of another sort. “The Making of a Lady” explores what’s bugging an educated but penniless woman. Joanna Lumley and Linus Roache are among the high-powered stars. Based on a book by Frances Hodgson Burnett (“The Secret Garden,” “A Little Princess”). 9 p.m. Sunday, TPT, Ch. 2

Country strong

I’m assuming “Kenny & Dolly: An Intimate Conversation” features Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton talking about their storied careers in country music. Then again, I’d be equally entertained if it were a brunch for the doomed kid from “South Park” and that famous cloned sheep. 7 p.m. Saturday, GAC

That’s what she said

In “Far From Home,” Barry Watson (“7th Heaven”) plays a famous novelist who returns to his isolated hometown with a serious case of writer’s block. It’s directed by TV movie veteran Michael Scott, who, unfortunately, has absolutely nothing to do with Steve Carell’s character from “The Office.” 6 p.m. Sunday, UP
