The weight of the world

Need to catch up on auditions for “The Voice” (7 p.m. KARE, Ch. 11)? Carson Daly recaps the best of the blind tryouts in a two-hour special, providing Cee Lo Green a chance to take a hard-earned vacation with his pink cockatoo.

Reverse call

“League of Denial: The NFL’s Concussion Crisis” (8 p.m., TPT, Ch. 2) is so critical that ESPN backed out of its partnership with “Frontline” after seeing the final edit. I guess this means there are no pro football games in PBS’ future.

Eternal life

That “Supernatural” (8 p.m., WUCW, Ch. 23) is returning for its ninth season shows the positive and negative side of being on the CW. You get to stick around for a long time, even if you never amass a large audience.
