"The Biggest Loser," "Downton Abbey"

The boy in the bubble

One of pop's greatest albums is saluted in "Paul Simon's Graceland Journey" (8 p.m. Friday, KTCA, Ch. 2), a toe-tapping documentary that finds the singer returning to South Africa to reunite with band members and face critics who accused him of breaking a cultural boycott.

Everything 'Abbey'

Those revved-up for the Season 3 premiere of "Downton Abbey" (8 p.m. Sunday, KTCA, Ch. 2) may also want to check out the preceding one-hour special "Secrets of Highclere Castle" (7 p.m. Sunday, KTCA, Ch. 2), which takes you inside the stately mansion. Still not enough for you? Then check out our Sunday Variety section for all the dirt on the new season and interviews with stars Hugh Bonneville and Shirley MacLaine.

The chatterbox

For a guy who shuns most interview requests, David Letterman sure seems to be in a talkative mood. Following recent sitdowns with Jimmy Kimmel and Charlie Rose, the talk-show host goes deep with Oprah Winfrey about his battles with depression and Jay Leno for "Oprah's Next Chapter" (8 p.m. Sunday, OWN).

Beautiful losers

Trainer Jillian Michaels returns to "The Biggest Loser" (8 p.m. Sunday, KARE, Ch. 11) and this time she has the opportunity to dish out her brand of tough love on youngsters. Three teenagers will be among the 18 contestants this season, as will Lisa Rambo, a 37-year-old special-education assistant from Houlton, Wis., just across the river from Stillwater.
