'THE BALLAD OF JOSEF K'

Continuing: "The Trial" took Franz Kafka from a noun to an adjective: Kafka-esque. In it, a bank clerk must defend himself against unspecified crimes. The Milwaukee Mask and Puppet Theatre has given a musical treatment to "The Trial" in "The Ballad of Josef K." Twin Cities band Thunder in the Valley supplies the music.
