'THE MEETING'
Continues Saturday: Darien Johnson portrays Martin Luther King and Terry Bellamy is Malcolm X in the History Theatre's production of Jeffrey Stetson's play. It imagines a fictional encounter between the two Civil Rights leaders in a Harlem hotel room on Feb. 14, 1965, one week before Malcolm's assassination. The two men commanded different followings in their movements, and Stetson centers this encounter around the question of whether change comes through aggressive confrontation or prayerful meditation. (8 p.m. Sat., 7:30 p.m. Thu.; History Theatre, 30 E. 10th St., St. Paul; $15, 651-292-4323 or www.historytheatre. com.)
