He might not wear his Electric Fetus T-shirt, but Ringo Starr will return to Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake on July 25 with his latest All-Starr Band, featuring Edgar Winter, Rick Derringer, Richard Page and Gary Wright.

Tickets, priced from $79 to $109, will go on sale April 24.

In other concert news, veterans Loudon Wainwright III and Richard Thompson will team up for the Loud & Rich Tour April 14 at the Fitzgerald Theater in St. Paul.

Tickets, priced at $39 and $37, will go on sale at noon Friday at Ticketmaster outlets.
