Dec. 13 and 19: Who knew local nightclub mainstays Trailer Trash (right) and the Honeydogs could clean up their acts so well? Both groups are putting on G-rated holiday shows for the Cedar's Target Family Music Series, catering to hip parents and their soon-to-be-cooler kids. The Trash men have done well with these wholesome country gigs for several years now, as the unlikely counterpart to their ever-popular "Trashy Little X-Mas" shows at Lee's Liquor Lounge (every Saturday from Nov. 28 to Dec. 19, plus Dec. 17-18). Honeydogs frontman Adam Levy (below), meanwhile, has become quite the hero of 2- to 12-year-olds citywide this year with his kids-music alter ego, Bunny Clogs, featuring other members of his regular band -- which will play the Cedar later that night -- plus his own natural-showwomen daughters. (Trailer Trash: noon Dec. 13, $6-$11. Bunny Clogs: 11 a.m. Dec. 19, $5-$8. Cedar Cultural Center, 416 Cedar Av. S., Mpls. 612-338-2674 or www.thecedar.org.)
