Bryan Cranston played a beleagured father on "Malcolm in the Middle" and is in the second season of AMC's "Breaking Bad," in which he plays a cancer-stricken teacher, waist-deep in murder, drug trading and family turmoil. No surprise, then, that one of the Emmy winner's must-see TV programs offers some soothing, calming waves.
"My favorite show for a number of years has been 'CBS News Sunday Morning.' To me, it's like watching the National Geographic Channel. You don't have to know the subject. You're going to be interested in what they're showing. It's Sunday morning; you don't want a lot of chatter. I just sip my coffee and read my paper and enjoy."
