Here are two names you never would've thought could be associated with the same song: Wu-Tang Clan and George Harrison. The all-star Staten Island, N.Y., rap crew raises the late Beatle's spirit with help from his son Dahni (as well as Erykah Badu and Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante) on "The Heart Gently Weeps," the first single from the Clan's first post-ODB album, "Diagram 8," which will finally hit stores Tuesday. The melody of Harrison's "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" is used as a backdrop to this slow, mournful song about ghetto revenge, which winds up sounding more like a Wu-Tang version of the Roots' "You Got Me" (also featuring Badu). It's a clever cut, but we hope the group has livelier new tunes to play when it returns to First Avenue next Sunday.
