A smart pop band featuring the skillful songwriting of Peter Lack, these fellas have been on the scene quite awhile. Lack and drummer Steve Foley have worked together in a series of fine, underrated, hooks-a-plenty combos (Routine 11, Bang Zoom, 69, et al.). Foley jumped ship for a couple years to work in the last edition of legendary punk-poppers, The Replacements. The current edition of Wheelo also features former members of Mile One, King's English, and the Jimmy Jam/Terry Lewis Perspective Records R&B hit factory. In short, Wheelo is seasoned. The band's self-released CD is called "Something Wonderful."
