Figuring that their highly anticipated seventh album probably would be leaked onto the Internet anyway, the cunning art-rock maestros in Radiohead surprised fans last week by announcing they'd be the ones to post it online early. Starting Wednesday, the 10-track collection "In Rainbows" will be available for download at www.radiohead.com. And here's the real kicker: The band is telling fans they can name their own price to get it. Our guy Prince is probably jealous that he didn't think of this first. No telling what the Nigel Godrich-produced album is worth in Radiohead discography terms ("OK Computer" = $17.99; "Amnesiac" = $1.99), but even a reasonable $4.99 would be likely to profit the band more than a purchase when the same CD arrives in stores early next year.
