Classics time: Stllwater's White Pine Festival

Stillwater’s White Pine Festival, an annual get-together that stresses conversation and reflection, packs a lot of music into a few days. Highlights include a recital by pianist Angela Jia Kim (June 17), Ernest Bloch’s dramatic First Sonata for Vio- lin and Piano with departing Minnesota Orchestra concertmaster Jorja Fleezanis, pianist Karl Paulnack and musicologist Michael Steinberg (June 19), and the Miró Quartet with poet Matthea Harvey (June 21).
