Drinks using bitters

SAFFRON’S OLD ORCHARD

2 oz. Laird’s 100-proof apple brandy

¼ oz. spiced cranberry simple syrup

7 drops of Dashfire orange bitters

Stir with ice, serve on the rocks, garnish with cranberries.

SAFFRON’S SEASONAL SIDECAR

2 oz. Landy cognac

¾ oz. Mathilde Pear Liqueur

¾ oz. lemon juice

½ oz. simple syrup

6 drops Bittercube Bolivar bitters

Rinse glass with 1/8 ounce allspice dram. Shake, strain, serve up.
