Bar: Brindisi's Pub. The owner of Chanhassen Dinner Theatres remodeled a next-door bar last month, kicking off the opening with an eye-grabbing happy hour.
Deal: Two-for-ones on beer, cocktails, wine and appetizers (including coconut shrimp, calamari, artichoke dip and more).
Hours: 2-6 p.m. and 9-11 p.m. daily.
