Here are some beginner classes to get you smokin':

THE ART OF FIRE DANCING

Cori Stahlecker's dance-oriented classes use poi and "fire fans," a metal device with multiple wicks. The six-week course is $80 and starts in mid-January. (A single class is $15.) POI SPINNING
