BRUNCH IN BAYPORT
What: He cooks, you eat. Step inside chef Jim Kyndberg's kitchen at the Bayport Cookery and watch as he and his staff demonstrate the preparation of a four-course brunch, including spiced plums in red wine, savory buckwheat crêpes, eggs Benedict with salmon and crab, and a chocolate soufflé. Meal, with wine pairings, follows.
When: Jan. 22, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Where: Bayport Cookery, 328 5th Av. N., Bayport, Minn.
Cost: $70 per person.
