Bar: Kona Grill. This Eden Prairie hot spot might be part of a chain, but it doesn't mess around when it comes to happy hour.

Deal: For drinks it offers $3-$4.50 cocktails, wine and beer, plus a $6 sake and a $7 sake bomber. For food: $3 sushi rolls, $4.50-$5 appetizers and $5.50 pizzas.
