Kim Kardashian's ex-husband, Kris Humphries, is under fire on Twitter for tweeting a message of "support" for Bruce Jenner that many perceived as an insult to the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" reality star who came out as transgender during a "20/20" interview with Diane Sawyer on Friday.

"Man, I'm glad I got out when I did," Humphries, an NBA player who divorced Kardashian after 72 days of matrimony, tweeted on Friday night with the hashtag, #Gottadoyou.

The tweet, which has been shared nearly 10,000 times on Twitter, sparked instant backlash from people responding with profane insults, comments such as "you're irrelevant," and much, much worse.
