Kay Barrett, Coon Rapids
Back in 2002, I read "Adams" by David McCullough and then decided to read a book about each U.S. president. I just finished reading "Harry S Truman, President" by Thomas Fleming. In between, I do some lighter reading: "The Girls From Ames," books by Anne Rivers Siddons, Lorna Landvik and Garrison Keillor. Currently, I am reading Pat Conroy's "South of Broad." When I read books by Conroy, I don't want them to end. I always want more from him and wish I had lingered over every delicious word.
