Saturday, Oct. 10: Polish your reading glasses and get ready for the biblio-bonanza of the Rain Taxi Twin Cities Book Festival. This annual celebration of books and reading offers exhibits, book and magazine fairs, storytelling circles, a used-book sale and more. The Minnesota Center for Book Arts will lead children and adults in creating customized book art buttons. Award-winning authors and poets will conduct talks, panel discussions and workshops as well as readings, signings and one-on-one mixers with attendees. (10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sat. Free.
