Thousands of people followed Mike Link and Kate Crowley when they walked around Lake Superior in 2010 -- a 1,500-mile journey that took the married couple five months to complete. Their book documenting the experience, "Going Full Circle," has been published by Lake Superior Port Cities in Duluth. Written in alternating sections -- first him, then her -- the book is not just about their personal journey, but also about the changing landscape of the shoreline and the wilderness around the lake. The book is illustrated with many photos -- both color and black-and-white -- some of them goofy vacation-type photos, some stunning pictures from the wilderness.
