Here's your chance to see a rarely screened film. Pangea World Theater and Intermedia Arts have teamed up for a two-day screening of "Four Sheets to the Wind," a 2007 film about Cufe Smallhill, a young American Indian in Oklahoma who finds his father dead in the family easy chair. After sinking his father's body in the family pond (the old man's wish), he goes to Tulsa to visit his troubled sister, where life really opens up for him.

Tamara Podemski, who plays Cufe's sister, won a Special Jury Prize at Sundance for outstanding performance.

The film is part of Pangea's annual Indigenous Voices Series. Prior to the Saturday screening (at 6:30 p.m.), there will be a panel discussion with several American Indian filmmakers (including director Sterlin Harjo). The talk will stream live on Pangea's website. Harjo will take questions after the screening as well.
