Bradley Greenwald, center, leads the cast of "Urinetown" at the Jungle. Photo/Michal Daniel. The frightful weather this past weekend brought down the Jungle Theater's high-flying production of "Urinetown." Power went out Friday and three performances (Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon) were canceled. The show went on Sunday night and is on track for Tuesday evening.
No word yet on how the Jungle will deal with theatergoers who were canceled. Usually, ticketholders can exchange for another date but "Urinetown" has been doing sellout business. We'll know more later today.
