Marvel Bar's buzz has gone beyond Minneapolis. The new cocktail bar, overseen by bartender Pip Hanson (above), recently got some love from the Imbibe Magazine, the country's liquid Bible.

The hot spot's opening was mentioned in the September/October issue and Hanson's Oliveto cocktail is being featured on Imbibe's website as the "Drink of the Week."

As Imbibe tells it, Hanson emulsifies olive oil right into the drink with the help of an egg white. Hanson tells Imbibe that the cocktail takes on "a totally unique, silky meringue texture." Hanson provides all the ingredients and instructions for making his Oliveto here.
