I haven't lifted my ban on making fun of Charlie Sheen (see column: http://www.startribune.com/entertainment/tv/117331513.html) but I'd be remiss if I didn't comment on his new online talk show at ustream.tv. It is beyond bizarre. Sheen rails out at "trolls," threatens to hack off the face of whoever is responsible for his poor phone connection and feed it to his children and talks about hurling truth torpedoes.
This is not entertainment; it's an emotional breakdown. Shame on ustream for giving him another platform. Shame on Mark Cuban for going into negotations with Sheen on a cable show. Shame on everyone who's taking advantage of this train wreck and lining their pockets with money.
