Friday and Saturday: Twin Cities artists are in a generous mood this weekend, dispersing their work in two benefits for earthquake victims -- and one for the birds. Charming quasi-primitive paintings and sculpture from Haiti, the Caribbean and tribal cultures will be sold this afternoon in a family-friendly event for Partners in Health and Episcopal Relief and Development (2-8 p.m., St. James Church, 3225 E. Minnehaha Pkwy., Mpls. 612-501-4134 or 612-822-2747).
