The reunion of the Faces is a non-starter but Rod Stewart, the band's frontman, is doing his own tour. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer brings his career retrospective show to Target Center on Aug. 17.
Last June, Stewart announced that the Faces, his late 1960s-early '70s rock band featuring Ron Wood, Ian McLagan and Kenney Jones, were going to reunite for some shows and possibly an album; but those plans have been scrapped.
Tickets, priced from $47 to $127, will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ticketmaster outlets and Target Center.
