Opens Friday: Every summer for 19 years, Circus Juventas has used acrobatic moves, circus tricks and lavish costumes to tell stories of enchantment and magic. This year, for its 20th production, the St. Paul-based company founded by Dan and Betty Butler is taking audiences to the realm of Peter Pan. “Neverland” will feature some time-tested acts in the new narrative context, including human juggling, somersaulting fairies and aerial acrobats. The company also will have fire-dancing for the first time. Christopher Lutter-Gardella, who founded the Puppet Farm, has designed puppets for the show. (7 p.m. Fri., 1 & 7 p.m. Sat-Sun. Ends Aug. 17. Circus Juventas, 1270 Montreal Av., St Paul. $17-$35. 651-699-8229 or circusjuventas.org).
