Daily programs from winemakers, chefs and experts. 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Ask the Apple Grower: 10 a.m.; Ask the Grape Grower: 11 a.m.; Grow and Show Vegetables and Flowers: 3 p.m.; Learn to Grow a Straw Bale Garden: 4 p.m.; Hydroponics: 10 a.m.; How to Choose and Prepare Vegetables for Competition: 11 a.m.; Pruning Young Trees and Old Shrubs: noon & 5 p.m.; Growing, Harvesting and Preserving Herbs: 1 p.m.; Growing Dazzling Dahlias: 2 p.m.
