GOVERNOR'S FIRE PREVENTION DAY In Carousel Park: This 15th annual fun-filled, action-packed event offers opportunities for families to learn about fire-safe behavior, fire prevention, safe escape from a fire, as well as technological improvements in burn treatment and firefighting equipment. Activities and exhibits include the Fire Explorer Challenge, CPR and AED demonstrations, fire extinguisher and kitchen fire demonstrations, and the American Red Cross, Regions Hospital Burn Center and Hennepin County Medical Center Burn Unit. Demonstrations take place all day on the Carousel Park stage. Presented by the Governor's Council on Fire Prevention and Control.
