Nearly two years have passed since this experimental Minneapolis folk-rock duo self-released its raw but alluring debut album, "Inter-Be." That's enough time for a baby band like this to nearly reinvent itself. After indie label Jagjaguwar re-released their record last spring, singer/songwriter Peter Pisano and drummer Brian Moen toured incessantly and came back heavier, louder and just a wee bit freaked out. That all bled over into "Garden of Arms," the more dramatic and electrified sophomore effort. With a new three-piece lineup that debuted last month, PWC is using its hometown release show to kick off a two-month headlining tour. Ryan Olcott's electro-static pop trio Mystery Palace opens.
