SAFFRON’S OLD ORCHARD

2 oz. Laird’s 100-proof apple brandy

¼ oz. spiced cranberry simple syrup

7 drops of Dashfire orange bitters

Stir with ice, serve on the rocks, garnish with cranberries.

SAFFRON’S SEASONAL SIDECAR

2 oz. Landy cognac

¾ oz. Mathilde Pear Liqueur

¾ oz. lemon juice

½ oz. simple syrup

6 drops Bittercube Bolivar bitters

Rinse glass with 1/8 ounce allspice dram. Shake, strain, serve up.

EASY & OSKEY’S BAMBOO

(also works in large batches)

2 parts fortified wine (Eastman suggests Madeira or sherry)

1 part Cocchi Americano

1 part Carpano Antica vermouth

1/8 tsp. Easy & Oskey orange bitters

Stir with ice, strain, serve in cocktail or wine glass, garnish with orange peel and 5-7 drops of Easy & Oskey cherry vanilla bitters.

EASY & OSKEY’S EDDIE DANE’S BOY

2 oz. Linie aquavit

½ oz. yellow Chartreuse

½ oz. Cherry Heering

¼ tsp. Easy & Oskey orange bitters

Stir with ice, strain, serve up.
