When: 7:25 p.m. Thursday

TV: NFL Network

Line: Bengals by 9½

The skinny: The Bengals are off to their first 7-0 start in franchise history, matching their longest winning streak within a season while the Browns are having another frustrating season.

Notes: QB Johnny Manziel will start for the Browns in place of Josh McCown, who has bruised ribs. Manziel made first NFL start in a 30-0 loss to the Bengals last season and went 10-for-18 for 80 yards with two interceptions and was sacked three times. The Bengals taunted him by doing Manziel's "money-rubbing" gesture after a sack. ... Bengals QB Andy Dalton had his worst game last season in a Thursday night loss to the Browns, going 10-for-33 for 86 yards with three interceptions.
