DEBT AND EQUITY

Arctic Cat Inc., Thief River Falls, Minn., has finalized a three-year, $60 million senior secured revolving credit facility. The facility is available for ongoing working capital needs and general corporate purposes. Bank of America structured and underwrote the facility, which replaces a credit facility that expires in March 2010.

Compellent Technologies Inc., Eden Prairie, has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an underwritten offering of 3 million shares of its common stock. The shares of common stock expected to be sold in the offering include 300,000 shares to be sold by Compellent and 2.7 million shares to be sold by existing stockholders of Compellent.

Digital Angel, South St. Paul, has entered into an agreement with its primary lender, Laurus Master Fund, and its affiliates for early payoff of about $5 million of debt originally due in February 2010.

Nash Finch Co., Edina, approved a share repurchase program authorizing the company to spend up to $25 million to purchase shares of the company's common stock. The program will take effect as soon as practicable, but no earlier than Nov. 16, and will continue until Dec. 31, 2010.

Navarre Corp., New Hope, has entered into a three-year, $65 million revolving credit facility with Wells Fargo Foothill, part of Wells Fargo & Co., as agent and lender. Capital One Leverage Finance Corp. is also participating as a lender. Proceeds have been used to pay off the company's previous debt facility, which was due to expire next June, and will be available for general working capital purposes. This revolving facility will mature in November 2012. During the quarter ending Dec. 31, the company will recognize a noncash pretax charge of $325,000 related to debt acquisition costs associated with the previous credit facility.
