DIVIDENDS

C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc., Eden Prairie, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 25 cents per share payable Jan. 4 to shareholders of record Dec. 4.

DEBT AND EQUITIES

Wireless Ronin Technologies Inc., Minnetonka, has agreed to sell about $6.7 million of its common stock in a registered direct offering. The company will issue 2,297,000 shares of common stock at $2.90 per share. Wireless Ronin expects net proceeds of about $6 million, which it plans to use primarily for general corporate purposes, including working capital.

NEW BUSINESS

Alliant Techsystems, Eden Prairie, was awarded a $4 million Integration and Demonstration (I&D) contract by the U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command. ATK was one of three companies awarded an I&D contract to develop an alternative warhead for the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System.

Best Buy Co. Inc., Richfield, announced a retail partnership between Best Buy Mobile, its mobile specialty retail unit, and Google that will bring Google Mobile App to consumers. Best Buy is the first retailer in the United States to work with Google to distribute Google Mobile App on smartphones sold in-store.

Digital River Inc., Eden Prairie, announced it has expanded its e-commerce agreement with Logitech. Digital River has launched 17 European online stores for Logitech, in addition to the North American e-commerce store that it has managed since 1999. Digital River now handles online consumer sales and ensures physical product fulfillment of Logitech's PC, gaming, Internet, digital music and home-entertainment personal peripherals on both continents.
