It's unclear what the legal relationships are between the firms, but the organizers, officers and registered agents have a history of working together in the investment industry. Attorneys who have filed investor lawsuits against one or more of the firms say it's difficult to sort them out.
• Jason Bo-Alan Beckman, known as Bo Beckman: Founded Oxford Private Client Group LLC (2005); listed as an organizer of Oxford FX Advisors LLC; organizer and manager of Oxford FX Management LLC; registered agent for Oxford Institutional Growth LP (2007); registered agent for Oxford Global Advisors (Delaware).
• Hollie Beckman (Bo Beckman's wife): Organizer of Oxford Global Partners LLC (2008)
• Christopher Pettengill: Former director of Oxford Private Client Group LLC (2005); organizer of Oxford Capital Investments LLC (2006); filed an assumed name registration for Oxford Global Advisors LLC (2007)
• Eric Erickson: Listed as an organizer of Oxford Private Client Group LLC (2005).
• Gerald Durand: Filed trademark registrations for Oxford Global Advisors LLC (2007); organizer of Oxford Capital Holdings LLC and Oxford Retirement Holdings LLC (2007).
• Trevor Cook: Organizer of Oxford Global FX LLC and Oxford Global Partners LLC (2008).
