Winthrop & Weinstine, Minneapolis, named Jeffrey Drennan, Christina Rieck Loukas and Kevin McLain shareholders and Scott Jahnke and Evan Sheets managing associates.

PeopleNet, Minnetonka, named Jim Rodi executive vice president and general manager of the transportation group. Rodi joined PeopleNet in 2014 and held leadership positions for Qualcomm and Rand McNally.

Briggs and Morgan, Minneapolis, named Alan Kildow and Sonya Braunschweig shareholders. Before joining the firm, Kildow and Braunschweig were with DLA Piper's Minneapolis office, where Kildow served as managing partner for 12 years.

Salo, Minneapolis, named Chris Cunnington information technology director. Cunnington was general manager, business intelligence for Delta Air Lines and worked for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Landform Engineering Co.

The Excelsior Group, St. Louis Park, named Steve Brown executive vice president, partner. Brown was executive director of the health care advisory group for Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq and was the creator and founder of the health care advisory group at United Properties. The Excelsior Group also named Misty Bowe vice president. Bowe was a senior director for Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq.

Fame, Minneapolis, named David Richardson executive creative director. Richardson was group creative director for Target Corp. and held leadership positions at Martin Williams and Peterson Milla Hooks.

Red Wing Arts Association named Mary Lee executive director. Lee was executive director for the vocal ensemble Cantus and worked for Minnesota Public Radio.

Exhibit Partners, Maple Grove, named Christopher Hayden vice president of creative services. Hayden was a manager of marketing operations for Target.
